You agree not to:

7. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Wiznry a limited license to:

• Process data to provide services
• Improve system performance
• Generate insights and analytics

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary patient consents
• Complying with healthcare privacy laws (e.g., PIPEDA, HIPAA if applicable)

8. AI & Automated Decisions

Wiznry provides AI-generated insights and recommendations. You acknowledge:

• Outputs are probabilistic and may not be error-free
• Final decisions remain your responsibility

9. Integrations

Wiznry may integrate with third-party systems. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability
• Data accuracy from external systems

10. Fees & Payment

• Fees are defined in your agreement or order form
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Failure to pay may result in suspension

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• Required by law

You may terminate according to your agreement terms.

All rights in the platform, including software, algorithms, AI models, and content remain the property of Wiznry AI Inc.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Specific financial or operational outcomes
• Error-free performance

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiznry AI Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Data loss

Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wiznry harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Violation of laws or regulations
• Misuse of data

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
